What is changing with my monthly IPSY Original/ IPSY Extra subscription?
A: Starting August 25, 2025, monthly subscription periods will end on the 25th day of the month and will automatically renew the next day. To cancel a subscription, the request must be submitted by 11:59 PM Pacific time on the 25th of the month to avoid charges and a shipment in the following month. For example, if you cancel on August 25th before 11:59 PM Pacific time, you will not receive the September shipment. If you cancel your subscription on or after August 26th, you will receive the September shipment but not an October shipment.

What is changing with my annual IPSY Original/ IPSY Extra subscription?
A: Starting August 25, 2025, annual subscription periods will end on the 25th day of the month you started your contract and will automatically renew the next day. In order to cancel the next annual subscription period, the request must be submitted by 11:59 PM Pacific time on the 25th of the last month of your current subscription term. For example, if you subscribed in May 2025, you must cancel by 11:59 PM Pacific time on April 25, 2026, otherwise your subscription will renew for the May 2026 to April 2027 subscription period.

What is changing with my IPSY Ultimate subscription?
A: Starting August 25, 2025, IPSY Ultimate subscription periods will end on the 25th day of the month immediately before the IPSY Ultimate month and will automatically renew the next day. To cancel an IPSY Ultimate subscription, the request must be submitted by 11:59 PM Pacific time on the 25th of the month before the IPSY Ultimate month. For example, if you want to cancel your November IPSY Ultimate, you must cancel by 11:59 PM Pacific time on October 25th, otherwise you will receive the November IPSY Ultimate but not the February IPSY Ultimate.
Will IPSY still offer free shipping on subscriptions?
A: Unfortunately, IPSY can no longer offer free shipping on U.S. subscriptions starting with September 2025 shipments. However, your total charges for your U.S. subscription will not change because handling fees will no longer be charged. Instead, IPSY will begin charging $1.99 for U.S. shipping for each monthly subscription shipment. U.S. shipping will be $12.99 for an annual IPSY Original subscription and $14.99 for an annual IPSY Extra subscription.
Handling fees will no longer be charged for Canadian subscriptions and shipping fees are increasing. For each Canadian subscription monthly shipment, IPSY Original shipping will be $6.95, IPSY Extra shipping will be $9.95, and IPSY Ultimate shipping will be $12.95. Annual shipping for IPSY Original will be $68.45 and IPSY Extra shipping will be $103.45.
