Apply on eyelid, bottom lash line, waterline, brow bone, or lips. Apply as eyeshadow and buff it out with makeup brush. Apply as a pop of color. Apply as a primer base, add your favorite eyeshadow on top of base, then “Boom” you will see a bold vibrant application.
