As beauty editors at IPSY, we try out a ton of products (and we mean a ton). Hundreds of products come across our desks every single month. And while we’re busy swatching, swiping, and testing so that we can give you all the tips and tricks you need to know—we’re also keeping mental notes of our personal faves.
Want to know what IPSY beauty editors are coveting this month? Here are all the products we’re crossing our fingers we get in our own November Glam Bag X (and stealing from work if we don’t).
“I often lament that I don’t take care of my feet the way I do my face and, well, nearly every other part of my body. Thankfully, AHAVA’s rich foot cream works its magic quickly. Made with Dead Sea mud, shea butter, and a cocktail of hydrating oils, it deeply nourishes dry skin and gives my neglected soles some much-needed TLC.”
“Came for the name, stayed for the product. Packed with brightening vitamin C, redness-reducing prickly pear seed oil, and antioxidant-rich kelp extract, this superstar moisturizer is my go-to during winter, when my dry skin needs extra hydration. A little goes a long way—so the tube will last you for months!”
“This must-have luminizer tricks people into thinking I have glowing skin—I swear! All you need to do is blend a few dots on the high points of your face for a subtle sheen. It layers well over makeup and blends like a charm without any creasing or fading.”
“If your skin gets crazy dry in the winter like mine, you’ll love this do-it-all balm. Not only is the formula super cool—it melts from a solid to liquid when it hits your skin—it’s made with lots of good stuff like plant oils and botanical oils. It gives your skin a quick hit of hydration and you can use it from head to toe.”
“I look for hyaluronic acid in almost all my skincare, so I had hearts in my eyes when I saw that it’s in this setting powder. It helps your skin hold onto moisture so you look fresh and dewy (never chalky). Plus, the translucent shade disappears like magic while nixing shine, blurring imperfections, and so much more.”
“When you’re constantly putting on and taking off your face mask, a good primer is super important to keep your makeup from smudging and fading. I love how lightweight this gel formula feels, and how it smoothes my skin for a perfect makeup base. I definitely count on it to keep my makeup on lock.”
“With packaging this happy, you know you’re in for a treat. While I normally steer clear of scrubs, this physical/chemical hybrid exfoliator is a glowy dream come true. It gently sloughs away the day (aka dirt, dead skin cells, buildup) and leaves my sensitive skin feeling brand new.”
“Chapped, flaky lips are my biggest winter skin woe, so when this ultra nourishing lip mask came across my desk I was instantly obsessed. The luxuriously thick (but never sticky) formula plumps and conditions for a my-lips-but-better effect.”
“Best. Brushes. Ever. The densely packed, super soft bristles and perfectly weighted handles make them my go-to brushes every time I do my makeup. Plus, they make great gifts. If someone loves beauty, but you aren’t sure what shades, formulas, or products they’re into—you can’t go wrong with a fab set of brushes!”
“I don’t know how she did it! This concealer is ~full~ coverage (it tackles deep hormonal breakouts and even my darkest circles with ease), yet it somehow looks like nothing on my skin. It’s true makeup magic, and I’m obsessed.”
“This has replaced my daily balm, tint, and gloss all with one product. It feels so comfortable and hydrating on my lips but gives just the perfect amount of shine and color to amp up my complexion.”
“These peel pads have been a staple in my routine for years, so I was psyched to see them in Huda’s Glam Bag X. They’re gentle enough to use every day (although I skip the nights I use my retinol), and keep my skin smooth, clear, and glowing.”
