“I haven’t regularly used a toner since seventh grade… until now. This feels like a mix between a hydrating serum and a cleansing toner. I use it right after I wash my face and before the rest of my skincare routine. I feel like the rest of my products work better with the addition of this toner, and my skin definitely feels better.”
