We’re just like you. When it comes to things like memberships, you have reminders set for every event, including Choice and Build Your Box. (No one wants to be late to those parties!) Plus, you know exactly when your Glam Bag, BoxyCharm, or Icon Box payment will appear on your credit card statement. But shipping dates and cutoffs can be less finite. We’re here to help ease any worry and take care of your questions. Keep reading to learn more about our shipment process and when you can expect to receive your few favorite products.
Glam Bag, BoxyCharm, and Icon Box shipments typically leave our warehouse in the middle of the month, and generally take around seven to 10 business days to reach your front door. Of course, this may vary box to box, as we send shipments in batches (one batch for the West Coast, one batch for the East Coast, and a batch for the Midwest) for the most effective deliveries. This means your shipment could arrive either the second, third, or fourth week of every month.

Glad you asked! We have two warehouses—one in North Carolina and one in Missouri—where our dedicated teams work around the clock to build, perfectly package, and send out your bag as quickly as possible. Once your bag and the rest of its shipment batch is ready, we send it over to your DHL or FedEx carrier for safe travels.
Your bag will arrive approximately two weeks after we successfully bill your credit card, which reflects the time we need to curate the personalized products in your assortment, pack everything up, and then mail it to you via standard shipping.

When you signed up, you should have received a confirmation email letting you know when exactly you can expect to receive your first shipment. Usually, this is the following month—so if you signed up in May, you’ll likely receive June’s shipment as your first.
However, sometimes we’re able to offer memberships for the current month!

Once your Glam Bag, BoxyCharm, or Icon Box has left our warehouse, we’ll email you a unique tracking number so you can keep tabs on when your mailer will arrive.

Of course! All you have to do to change where your subscription is delivered is log in on IPSY.com and click the “Account” tab. From there, click on “View Membership” under the “Your Memberships” banner. Then, scroll down to “[Your Subscription] Shipping Address” and click the bolded Edit Shipping Address. Update your details, and you’re done!
Please note that you’ll have to edit your delivery address before the first of the month to be effective for your next shipment.
