Hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn on the device, press button quickly to switch between therapy modes. Select desired mode and wear mask by placing earpiece behind ears and ensure the nose piece is resting comfortably on the bridge of your nose. Allow LED lights to penetrate skin for approximately 15-20 minutes. To power off, hold the power button for 3 seconds. For best results, use daily.
