Using your fingertips, gently massage a small amount of balm over your dry face and neck in a circular motion for one to two minutes. Slowly add warm water to emulsify the balm into a rich cleansing milk, and continue to massage it into your skin for another minute before rinsing clean. Can be used both mornings and night.
