How Do I Customize My Membership and When Does It All Ship?
Everyone’s routine is totally unique, so you probably use up some products more quickly than others. We factored all that in and made our membership completely customizable to your needs. Choose your products—and set each one to the delivery schedule that works for you. And don’t forget you can skip, pause, or cancel anytime.
You have until the last day of the month to make changes to your subscription. We’ll shoot you an email reminder to customize along with recommendations or epic deals we think you'll love. Then sit back and relax—your Refreshments order will ship around the 15th of the month (always for free!).
If you want to pause or end your membership, just remove all products from your upcoming orders. You won’t receive any new Refreshment shipments or get billed unless you add items back to your cart.
If you want to cancel your Glam Bag or BoxyCharm memberships but keep your Refreshments membership, or visa versa, you can always do that, too. We’re super flexible around here!
How Much Does It Cost?
